Hi, I’m Kelly

This is my story.

To me, photography is the art of visually telling a story within a single frame.

With this mantra in mind, it makes sense that I started out in life wanting to become a screenwriter. While chasing the bright lights and big screen of Hollywood, I somehow wound up working in the financial world. But in 2010, I decided I could no longer ignore my creative side and opened my own photography business in New York City.

While I am largely self-taught, the “finishing school” for my photography career has come from the places I’ve called home. I originally hail from the Sunshine State, went to college in Atlanta at Emory University, lived in New York City for 21 years, resided in San Antonio for the past two and half years, and am now a new resident of Los Angeles.
